Sarah Collins

Sarah Collins created Upside because she lived it. As a seasoned C-suite executive, certified yoga instructor, and executive leadership coach, she knows firsthand that true leadership requires more than strategy—it requires energy, balance, and well-being.

Her own transformation, which included losing more than 100 pounds, taught her that prioritizing health is not a luxury but a leadership necessity.

Professionally, Sarah has spent years helping organizations scale by strengthening their leadership teams and building people strategies and programs that unlock growth. She specializes in guiding executives through the complex challenges of aligning talent, culture, and structure with ambitious business goals. Whether designing leadership pipelines, facilitating executive offsites, or implementing programs that elevate employee engagement, Sarah has consistently helped companies grow stronger from the inside out.

Upside brings together the full arc of Sarah’s expertise—strategic leadership, organizational development, and personal well-being—into a single integrated experience. With Sarah’s guidance, leaders don’t just succeed in business; they scale sustainably, create resilient teams, and thrive in life.
