Quarterly learning retreats
Each quarter of our year-long program, participants gather for an immersive two-day retreat. These full-day sessions are designed to combine deep leadership development with practical well-being practices, giving you tools you can apply immediately in both business and life. Every retreat blends mini-lectures, experiential exercises, small-group work, and personal reflection, so you leave not only with insights, but also with real strategies and ready-to-apply changes in how you lead and live.
Learning days take place in the Ohio City neighborhood of Cleveland and run from about 9am-5pm two consecutive days per quarter with evening on your own to rest and recharge at home or nearby.
